My approach is informed by advanced training in functional medicine, Eastern Medicine, mental health—allowing me to support both the emotional and physical complexity of hormonal transitions.
I support women through hormonal transitions by addressing both hormonal health and nervous system regulation together. This stage of life often comes with changes in weight, mood, energy, and stress tolerance. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we work with the whole system—helping you understand what your body is asking for and experience this season feeling supported, regulated, and more like yourself again.
